Cru Vallet in the Limelight!
Cru Vallet was placed in the limelight recently during an exceptional fundraising dinner in aid of cancer research.
On 21 November 2017, at the Saint-Herblain venue La Carrière, five Michelin-starred chefs came together to prepare an extraordinary five-course and five-wine dinner. This evening, which was open to private individuals and businesses, helped to raise money for cancer research. The proceeds will be donated to Institut de Cancérologie de l’Ouest (ICO). Highlights of the evening included a wine auction, in which the sale of the three bottles of Cru Vallet raised €230.
