About the Estate
Catherine and François have a 45-hectare wine estate in Vallet, in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation area. Growing Muscadet’s one and only grape variety, Melon, is their passion. They are committed to an approach that respects the soil, the climate and the natural environment and produce a Cru Vallet that combines finesse and minerality.
